In prepartion for Mum's party, on Thursday I went to Kate's to "help" make the cake. Seeing as I'm an "open 24 hours personal milk bar" to my son, I'm not exactly sure how much help I was. Thankfully Jan the absolute legend of the entire universe was on hand to help as well. As usual Kate's original and fun ideas worked out perfectly and I think our efforts turned out rather well! (You'll be able to see the finish product in my next post)
