So, we've had this standing joke with Nan and Leonie that one day we were going to have dinner together and the game was that whoever was cooking had to buy one thing from every aisle in the supermarket and make up a dinner from that. Last Saturday Nan, Leonie, Asher and Kirsten came over for dinner and that's what we did. It was an even more exciting occasion because when we went to the shops to buy the stuff it was the first time I'd been out of the house for two days because I was sick. Needless to say - the 20 minutes of grocery shopping took it out of me and I spent most of the time after that on the couch :-) So we ended up with a dinner of, jatz, cheese, salami, ginger beer, a family meat pie, a packet of noodles, potato bake and frozen yoghurt. Rather creative I think!
