Routine. I have it. I love it. I follow it. Confession - it does cause me some stress when my 'routine' is disrupted. Deep breath. William needed dropping at kindy. Savannah needed weighing. We needed some basic groceries. All this could not be done with a baby who only stays awake for an hour or so before needing a nap. Deep breath. What to do? So I went crazy. I went to the shops. In nap time. Shocking I know. And do you know what happened? She lay contentedly in the trolley, smiling and charmed everyone we walked past with her cuteness. We then went home where she compensated her lack of nap with an extra long second nap. Yep - I need to relax :-)
