The 29th of May marked our 8 year wedding anniversary. Steve treated me to a very yummy dinner out where we could just sit and chat uninterrupted. It turned out to be child free when we decided to leave Savannah at home with William as well, to be looked after by the ever helpful Nanna and Pa. We had a really nice time and I enjoyed getting dressed up and using making up to attempt to cover the dark circles under my eyes. It was meant to be dinner and a movie but toward the end of the dessert course it became apparent that staying awake through a movie was going to rather difficult for both of us so we went home and had a nap before Savannah's dream feed instead. A romantic yet practical evening!
