One of the bonuses to having friends take holidays on the coast is that when they're awesome friends you can kinda invite yourself along for a night. This is what we did and the night a way was a welcome break to the routine of the every day.
The view from where we stayed -

William wanted to go on it too and when I said he had to be a bit bigger he quietly waited about 30 seconds then said, "I bigger now" at which point my mummy heart exploded.
On a ride with Emmanuel -
William's smile got a bit wobbly once the ride took off. Manny on the other hand laughed and squealed his head off the whole time :-)

spectacle of my little boy on the log ride (with his Daddy of course)
He just met the height requirement for this ride thanks to the thick soled shoes he was wearing!!
Nothing says "day at a theme park" like a tired toddler flopped in a pram with an ice cream.
