New Bed

Well I don't know if I was ready for it, but the deed is done. He's in the big boy bed *eek* So far so good. (of course as I write this he's calling out to me from aforementioned big boy bed when he's supposed to be asleep....) First night was a roaring success - we eventually went in at 8 in the morning to investigate cos we hadn't heard a peep out of him in over 12 hours - he was happily lying in there with not a care in the world. First day time sleep equalled that on the success scale - 3 hours, no worries. This may have been helped by the fact that he had not slept at kindy. Second night - he woke twice for reasons unknown but settled very quickly, unfortunately no repeat 8am sleep in, it was 6:30 but that's not too bad. Second day time sleep is meant to be in progress at the moment but is not happening.....I know he got out once but was hopping back in by the time I got there.......here's hoping for some sort of nap at least today! About to go in there in response to the various sing song "Mummyyyy, Mummmyyy's" for about the fifth time.....
