We Will Remember Them

While after the night we had with William meant that there was no way we were going to make it to any dawn service or parade at any time of the day really - we did our best in our totally sleep deprived state to remember the fallen. My effort was basically making anzac bikkies while during the week Steve was a "special guest" (sounds fancy doesn't it?) at a service hosted by his school. He donned his salvo uniform and I just had to capture it here for all who wouldn't believe he'd worn it (cos I sure was surprised when he said he was going to dust it off and wear it!)

I don't know if anyone can listen to The Last Post and not have it bring a tear to their eye........

Steve was not in favour of having this photo taken........

They shall not grow old, as we that are left grow old. Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them.

Lest we forget
