Don't ask why the creamed rice is purple because I don't actually know why. Nearly 5 years after marrying in to this family I've learned if someone says, "lets make the creamed rice purple," it's easiest not to argue or try to understand why this is neccessary in life. Another thing I've learned - Relle and Steve like to do puzzles. Alot. In fact they drive me absolutely crazy with doing their stupid puzzles. They're like kids with video games - you can't get any sense out of them, they just completely zone out. Actually - last Christmas holiday I gathered up all their puzzle books and hid them in the esky just so they would stop for 5 minutes. Also for some reason they think it's fun to sit around and ask each other, "what's the square root of........," questions then see who can work it out the fastest. I ask you - who would actually do this if they didn't have to? Steve, Relle and Kev that's who. I think I'll go with the nod and smile technique and enjoy my own little "mathematically challenged" bubble. We had a great week having Steve's family staying with us. Relle was up for the whole week and Kev and Hev were here for the weekend for William's dedication (more photos to come) It was great to see them as it always is. Thank you for all the cooking and for re-stocking our kitchen and for looking after William while we went to the movies! We miss you guys and are looking forward to seeing you when we come down in June!

Good to see some things never change. I remember Red, Yellow, and Blue pasta about 21 years ago. -Tam-
