Little William is just a few minutes old in these photos (please excuse the blood if you're queasy!) He was quiet to start off with but they poked and prodded him and he soon was letting his presence be known!
It's a bit of a rude shock being born!
I debated putting this one on as it is not exactly flattering but - what they hey? Mummy and William's first photo together!
