This Christmas marked my first Christmas “away from home” so to speak. Since we’ve been married our immediate families have all lived in Queensland so we have been able to do the run around in one day and see everyone. This was not the case this year since Steve’s parents were transferred “south of the border.” So we planned to spend Christmas down in NSW with them and the extended family (from Kev’s side) and then continue our holiday at Harrington as usual. Before we left we planned to have an early Christmas lunch with Mum and Lyall and Kate, Steve, Isaac and Cassidy. So the Sunday before Christmas we trooped over and crashed Mum and Lyall’s house. Of course Mum made a beyond delicious lunch and we had a nice afternoon together and even squeezed in a rest and some present opening!

I'll try to ignore the fact that you blogged a photo of me looking like a chipmunk and just say that one blog post does not count as much of a "blogging marathon" you false advertiser you :P xo
Don't you just LOVE Christmas hats? LOL. Mum always makes us wear them too (B's parents don't do bon-bons).
Kate is SO like you - it's not funny! :D
Sounds like a lovely day.
