Steve cooking our bacon and eggs out on the veranda

It’s our 4th wedding anniversary on Thursday but seeing how this little thing called work has to be figured into ones schedule we went away a few days early to celebrate. As soon as Red Shield Appeal was over on Sunday we drove to Maleny to spend two nights at a little country cabin place I found on the net (it was a surprise for Steve where we were going). It was really cute and romantic and all meticulously maintained from the cabin to the little 9 hole golf course. They had everything there and we had ordered a breakfast hamper so that was great (and it included fresh homemade bread), the fireplace was set for us, there were fluffy, warm bathrobes, a spa bath and a towel rack that warmed our towels for us! It was the cutest little cabin ever including veranda with swing – the main floor had the fireplace, kitchenette, bathroom etc and then the loft style bedroom had the comfiest bed known to man and the spa bath. So we had a nice relaxing time unwinding after a busy week – just wish we could have stayed a bit longer!
