I've not been tagged since becoming a blogger so this is a new experience for me. I have had a look at some other people's blogs and have drawn some inspiration from other quirky blogging buddies that might be safe enough to share with the general public.....................
1. While I don't brush my teeth in the shower like my sister Kate, I do require my toothbrush to wet beofre commencing brushing - my system is: wet brush, put toothpaste on, wet brush again. My handsome husband did find this quite humourous in the early days of our marriage. He often “toothpastes” my toothbrush for me before I stumble off to bed and now after 4 years of marriage he always ensures that my toothbrush has had appropriate moisture applied to it! What a guy!
2.I can not stand to feel someone breathing on me while I’m trying to sleep (thanks Christy for making me see this quirk in myself and share it with the world!). This includes myself – I can’t lie with my own arm in the way of my own nose or mouth because it will keep me awake. Thankfully Steve and I are not "cuddly" sleepers (after goodnight kisses/cuddles we're of the "this is my space, this is your space" variety) so I don't often have to worry about him expelling air on my sensitive arms and face and as long as I keep out of my own way, we all get along fine :-)
3. I heat my weetbix in the microwave for 40 seconds before consuming and the less milk left in the bowl the better (I'm not a huge fan of milk)
4. I don't like the ice cream that comes from the edges of the tub.
5. I can't stand socks on my feet in bed no matter how cold my feet are.
6. Borrowing another one from Christy - I also don't like the last bit in the bottom of the cereal box. It's all crumbs - and combined with my "not a big fan of milk" thing - crumby milk really doesn't do it for me. Fortunately Steve does not have this problem - he will eat it however it comes - he has even been known to combine several different cereal crumbs in one bowl - this is beyond me - however it means we don't throw out cereal!
Now I don't know how to tag other people...................so I won't :-)

The socks thing...well you're right, that's just weird. Who wouldn't want to wear socks in bed??

Wow..so many things I didnt know about you!! Now I will make sure never to buy you socks to sleep in! Woh, I am so glad I read this blog.. otherwise my gift of sleeping socks may have set our friendship on the rocks! Phew!
